Start an RFQ →We manufacture enclosures, brackets, chassis, front panels, busbars and welded assemblies. Laser cutting, bending, stamping, welding, hardware insertion and finishing all run in-house, so tolerances and lead times stay under one team.
Send a STEP, DXF, DWG or PDF and our engineers review the flat pattern, bend sequence and assembly before quoting. You receive manufacturability feedback and pricing within one business day.
0.5–3.0 mm steel or aluminum, powder-coated or anodized, with PEM inserts and mechanical assembly.
Laser-cut and bent prototypes or high-volume stamped brackets with repeatable hole position.
Brushed, anodized, powder-coated and silkscreened panels with tight cosmetic control.
C1100 and H59 copper or brass, deburred and tin or nickel plated for electrical assemblies.
TIG, MIG and spot-welded frames with PEM hardware, rivets and mechanical sub-assembly.
Sheets up to 3000 × 1500 mm, cut and formed without splicing for large panels and frames.
From flat pattern to finished, painted and assembled part — no external subcontracting for the core steps.
High-power fiber laser cutting for carbon steel up to 20 mm, aluminum up to 12 mm and stainless steel up to 10 mm, with clean edges and minimal heat distortion.
CNC press brakes up to 3000 mm bending length and 200 T, with automated angle measurement and bend-sequence review before production.
Single-hit and progressive stamping on 25–400 T presses for brackets, terminals, contacts and structural parts. Tooling is quoted separately.
TIG, MIG, spot and laser welding, plus PEM clinch hardware, rivets, tapped inserts and mechanical sub-assembly.
Powder coating in any RAL color, Type II / III anodizing, zinc, nickel and tin plating, galvanizing, brushing, laser engraving and silkscreen.
DFM review of flat pattern, bend relief, hole-to-bend distance, weld access and assembly sequence — before the first cut.

Use these six rules at the concept stage to avoid rework, extra setups and cosmetic defects.
Keep one bend radius per part, at least 1× material thickness, to reduce setup and tooling changes.
Keep at least 3× material thickness from hole edge to bend line to avoid distortion.
Use a hole diameter equal to or greater than material thickness to avoid punch wear and laser distortion.
Keep flanges at least 4× material thickness or 4 mm, whichever is greater.
Add relief where two bends meet to prevent tearing and cracking at the corner.
Specify weld type, symbol, finish and cosmetic class directly on the drawing.
Every lot ships with dimensional records; automotive and medical programs carry additional PPAP and validation documentation.
Process selection, finish and documentation are matched to the end market.
Laser, bend, stamp, weld, finish and assemble without handing your part between suppliers.
Engineers review flat pattern, bend sequence and assembly risk before pricing.
FAI, dimensional reports, material certificates and PPAP where required.
Export packaging and worldwide shipping from Shenzhen, with one program manager.
Applications from automotive, medical and industrial customers. Client names are withheld where required by confidentiality agreements.

Series parts developed from drawing and flat pattern through tooling, first-article inspection and repeat production.

Cleanable enclosures with hardware inserts, controlled flatness and documented first-article inspection.

Laser cutting, forming and welding combined in one workflow to protect fit, squareness and delivery dates.

Up to 20 mm carbon steel, 12 mm aluminum and 10 mm stainless steel on our fiber laser cells. Thicker sections can be reviewed as a welded or machined alternative.
±0.1 mm linear and hole position, with ±0.5° bend angle. Tighter features are reviewed during DFM against material, thickness and part size.
Up to 3000 × 1500 mm sheets for cutting and forming. Welded assemblies can be larger than the sheet size.
One piece for prototypes. Production volumes typically start at 100 pcs, depending on process and material.
Laser cutting and bending are programmed, not tooled. Stamping requires hard tooling, which is quoted separately based on part complexity and annual volume.
Yes. We handle PEM hardware, rivets, welding, painting, anodizing and mechanical sub-assembly, and ship with inspection records.
STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG or PDF up to 25 MB. NDA available on request. Tell us the material, quantity and target date and we will come back with a manufacturable plan.
These are our own machines in Shenzhen, not a partner network. That is how we control cut quality, forming accuracy, tooling condition and delivery on the same floor.
