Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication Parts

These parts are made from flat sheet by laser cutting, CNC bending and stamping, then finished with anodizing, powder coating or plating. The photo shows typical work: stainless steel brackets, a flanged tube, vented cover plates, an anodized red housing, a brass perforated screen and welded bracket assemblies. Every part is produced to drawing, so hole positions, bend radii and hole-to-edge distances match the customer file rather than a catalogue size.

  • Anodizing in clear, black, red, blue and custom colors
  • Powder coating in any RAL color
  • Zinc plating, nickel plating, galvanizing
  • Brushing, sandblasting, polishing

  • Price: USD 1 per piece as reference, project price confirmed by drawing and quantity
  • MOQ: no MOQ, 1 piece trial order accepted
  • Sample lead time: 5 to 7 days
