Which Process Should I Choose?
Three common starting points. If you are not sure, send the drawing and we will recommend one.
I have a prototype
Validate form, fit and function before tooling.
I need metal parts
CNC for precision parts, sheet metal for enclosures and frames.
I need plastic production
Move from tooling to molded parts with IATF/ISO controls.

Choosing a Manufacturing Process
How do I choose between injection molding, CNC and sheet metal?
It depends on volume, material, geometry and tolerance. Send your drawing and volume; we will recommend the lowest total-cost process.
Can you take a part from prototype to production?
Yes. We can prototype, make bridge tooling and then move the same part into hard tooling and production.
What tolerances can you hold?
CNC to ±0.005 mm, sheet metal and urethane casting to ±0.1 mm, injection molding to ±0.05 mm standard and ±0.01 mm precision.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Prototypes from one piece. Production volumes depend on the process; send your annual volume for a recommendation.
What documentation do you provide?
DFM feedback, material certificates, FAI, dimensional reports, PPAP and full traceability where required.
A Quote You Can Manufacture From
Not just a price. Every RFQ is reviewed by an engineer and returned with the information you need to make a decision.
An engineer — not a sales rep — reviews every quote.
Send your drawing. We will recommend the right process and quote in 24 hours.
Tell us the part, material, volume and target date. A manufacturing engineer will review it and come back with a process plan and price.
