One-Stop Prototyping Services
From a single prototype to low-volume production — the right process for your timeline, material and budget.

3D Printing
SLA, SLS and FDM for complex geometries, functional testing and appearance models.

Silicone Mold & Vacuum Casting
Production-level aesthetics and material performance without hard tooling, for 10–200 parts.

Bridge Tooling
Aluminum or soft-steel tooling for market entry and pre-production volumes, then transition to hard tooling.
Wide Range of Prototyping Materials
Choose by function, finish and environment — we will recommend the closest production-equivalent material.
Photopolymer Resin
High detail, smooth surfaces, clear and engineering grades for appearance and fit checks.
Nylon PA12 / PA11
Durable, functional parts with good chemical resistance and living-hinge behaviour.
ABS, PC, PETG, TPU
Large fixtures, enclosures and flexible parts where cost and speed matter most.
Aluminum & Stainless
SLM / DMLS metal prototypes for brackets, housings and functional testing.
Polyurethane & Silicone
Rigid, flexible and rubber-like cast parts with colour matching and textured finishes.
Paint, Texture, Plating
Primer, colour matching, soft-touch, texture, laser marking and assembly.
From CAD to a Finished Prototype in 4 Steps
A dedicated engineer reviews the model before anything is built, so you know the risks before you spend.
CAD & DFM review
Geometry, wall thickness, supports, tolerance and finish reviewed within 24 hours.
Build
SLA, SLS, FDM, silicone mold or bridge tooling selected against your deadline and volume.
Post-processing
Support removal, sanding, paint, texture, inserts and assembly to match the final part.
Inspection & ship
Dimensional report, photos and export packing, with full traceability.

Questions Before You Send a Model
How fast can I get a prototype?
Simple FDM or SLA parts can ship in 24 hours. SLS and silicone casting typically take 3–5 days after DFM approval.
What files should I send?
STEP, STL, IGES, OBJ or a native CAD file. A 2D drawing helps when tolerances or finishes are critical.
Can you match the production material?
We recommend the closest prototype equivalent, then confirm the final production resin or metal during DFM review.
Can you do low-volume production?
Yes. Silicone casting covers 10–200 parts, and bridge tooling covers higher volumes before hard tooling.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. Tell us before sending files and we will issue a mutual NDA.
Send your CAD. Get a DFM review and prototype plan in 24 hours.
Tell us the process, material, quantity and target date. An engineer — not a sales rep — will review it and reply with a build plan and price.
