Overview

From flat blank to finished assembly

Every sheet metal program starts with a flat blank and a flat-pattern review. We nest parts for laser cutting, form them on CNC press brakes, and add stamped features, inserts and hardware where the design calls for it.

In-house cutting and bending means engineering changes move fast: a revised DXF can be on the machine the same day, and first articles are measured on our CMM before release.

From single brackets to recurring production batches, parts leave with deburred edges, protected surfaces and the finish you specify - powder coat, plating or brushed.
