Custom machined stainless steel assembly built to drawing: a wedge block milled on four faces, a long stepped pin turned with a tapered nose and milled flats, plus intermediate sleeves and set screws. Set-screw holes drilled and tapped in the same setup as the flats, so screws seat perpendicular to the flat. Passivation follows machining; each pin checked for straightness and step diameters.
Materials: stainless 304 / 316L / 17-4PH / 420, steel alloys 1045 / 4140, hardened H13 / 718H / D2, aluminium, brass, copper, titanium.
Processes: CNC turning, CNC milling, drilling, tapping, wire EDM, die-sinking EDM, surface and cylindrical grinding.
Tolerance: ±0.01 mm typical. Finish: as-machined, passivated, electropolished, bead blasted.
Quantity: 1 piece prototype through production batch. Files: STEP, IGES, STL, DWG, DXF, PDF drawing.
