Product Detail

Custom machined leveling base built to drawing. Aluminium 6061-T6 body with a keyhole pocket and circular recess, a turned stainless 304 pin with milled flats, a bubble-level insert and a side adjusting screw. Datum faces and pin bore machined in one fixturing, so the pin stays square to the base. Burrs removed by hand, edges broken to 0.3 mm before packing.

Materials: aluminium 6061-T6 / 7075-T6, stainless 304 / 316L, brass, copper, titanium, engineering plastics.

Processes: CNC milling, CNC turning, drilling, tapping, wire EDM, surface grinding.

Tolerance: ±0.01 mm typical. Finish: as-machined, bead blasted, anodised, hard anodised, passivated.

Quantity: 1 piece prototype through production batch. Files: STEP, IGES, STL, DWG, DXF, PDF drawing.
