Product Overview
We machine nozzles, knurled knobs and turned components on our own three, four and five-axis centres and wire-cut and EDM equipment, so a part can be cut, finished and inspected in one workshop. Because there is no tooling, CNC is the right route for prototypes, for tight-tolerance features that a moulded part cannot hold, and for metal components.
Where a part will later move to injection molding, we can machine a sample from the same material to prove the geometry and the fit before any steel is cut.
Capabilities
- 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis simultaneous machining
- Wire cutting and EDM for internal corners and hardened features
- Turning for nozzles, shafts, knurled knobs and threaded parts
- Aluminium, stainless steel, brass, POM, PC, PA, PMMA and PEEK
Why it suits prototypes and low volume
- No tooling cost, so one piece costs the same per part as ten
- Tolerances of ±0.005 mm on machined datums
- No draft angle or wall-thickness constraint, unlike molding
- Fast changeover when the drawing is still moving
Material is selected to your drawing. The grades listed are the ones we run most often for this type of part; we confirm the choice at DFM rather than assuming it.
