Cooling Circuit Flow Control
Regulate Circuit Flow
Turn the slotted head to throttle the cooling-water passage and balance flow between circuits, fixing hot spots and warpage in the molded part.
S136 Corrosion Resistance
Through-hardened S136 stainless tool steel (48-52 HRC) resists corrosion in long-running water circuits and suits transparent medical and food-contact molds.
Standard Interchange
Type A outline fits EU, US and JP standard tool builds; the eight stocked sizes cover the common cooling-channel range from 6x4 to 10x12 mm.
