Material, Packaging & After-Sales
Material & Heat Treatment
The pin is vacuum treated and nitrided on the working surface only: a hard 900 HV skin for wear resistance with a tough 35-40 HRC core that resists breakage under side load. The head and the rearmost section stay soft for easy grinding and fitting.
Packaging
Pins are oiled, packed by size in labelled cartons and shipped with a dimensional report. Mixed-size orders are bagged and labelled per item code.
