Window Regulator Injection Tooling Package for Geely KX11

For the Geely KX11 program we built the injection mold package for the window regulator system and molded the plastic components through soft-tooling validation into production.

  • Scope: carrier plates, guide rails, pulleys, cable guides and regulator housings
  • Material: PP+LGF30 and glass-reinforced PA for structural carrier parts
  • Tooling path: soft molds for design validation, then hardened multi-cavity production molds
  • Precision: slide surfaces and pulley bores held to drawing for smooth, low-noise window travel
  • Quality: IATF 16949 workflow, FAI and dimensional reports with every delivery
